15 Minute Mexican Chicken Soup


2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

1 container My Nana's® Best Tasting Salsa Fresca

1 32 oz box of chicken broth

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can corn, drained

1 4 oz can of diced green chili peppers

salt and pepper to taste

My Nana's® Tortillas Chips

grated cheddar cheese

sour cream

minced cilantro

radish slices

sliced jalapeño for toppings/garnish


– Combine all ingredients (except the toppings) in a large soup pot and mix well.

– Simmer on medium for 15 minutes and serve.

– Garnish as desired.
