Pumpkin Turnovers

Ingredients

4 My Nana's® Uncooked Flour Tortillas

1 Cup My Nanas Buñuelos or Buñuelos Chips

10 oz Can Kroger pumpkin puree

2 TBSP heavy cream

1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice mMix

1 TSP salt

1/4 Cup brown sugar

1 Egg

Directions

– Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, pumpkin pie spice mix, salt, and brown sugar until smooth.

– Beat one egg, to make an egg wash, in a separate bowl.

– Crush Buñuelos in a plastic bag or food processor.

– Cut uncooked flour tortillas into circles.

– Add 1 TBSP of pumpkin pie filling to one side of the circle.

– Brush egg wash around the edges of the uncooked tortilla. Then, fold over and pinch the edges to close, seal with a fork.

– Egg wash both sides of the hand pie and coat with the crushed Buñuelos.

– Heat the air fryer to 380° and cook for six minutes. Depending on the consistency of the pie mix you may need to cook longer.

– Serve and enjoy!
